Die Wärmegesellschaft Heilbronn mbH plant den Aufbau eines neuen Wärmenetzes mit zugehöriger Energiezentrale (Gebäude & Gebäudetechnik). Gegenstand der Anfrage sind die Planungsleistungen der Vor-, Entwurfs- und Genehmigungsplanung (in Anlehnung an HOAI LPH 2-4) für die erste Ausbaustufe des Projekts. Diese umfasst eine Energiezentrale (inkl. Gebäude) mit einer installierten Leistung von rund 5 MW sowie ein Wärmenetz mit ca. 1.100 m Trassenlänge. Das Versorgungskonzept basiert auf einer Kombination aus Luft-Wärmepumpe, BHKW, Spitzenlastkessel und Wärmespeichern. Das Gesamtsystem ist von Beginn an skalierbar ausgelegt, sodass zukünftige Netzerweiterungen und zusätzliche Erzeugungskapazitäten in weiteren Ausbaustufen schon zu Beginn berücksichtigt werden sollen.
