Summary

Machine-generated summary

The contracting authority is procuring technical planning services for building services engineering (electrical, telecommunications and conveyor systems) under Part 4, Section 2, § 53ff HOAI 2021. The planning should follow a Low-Tech building concept: durable, long-lasting buildings with simple-to-operate, low-maintenance technical installations kept to the necessary minimum. The project concerns the vocational school centre in Lörrach. In a first step, a three-court sports hall of about 45x22 m will replace the existing underground car park, with its roof usable as an open break area. An extension of about 2,200 m² of program area for the Kaufmännische Schule and Mathilde-Planck-Schule will be built on the site of the current sports hall, replacing it with a new underground car park. An interim building is also required.
