Planungsleistungen für den Ausbau einer Gigabit-Infrastruktur in Teilen der Stadt Eisenach unter Inanspruchnahme von Fördermitteln Die Sportbad Eisenach GmbH (SEG), ein 100-prozentiges Tochterunternehmen der Stadt Eisenach beabsichtigt, für die Stadt Eisenach flächendeckend hochleistungsfähige Gigabitanschlüsse mit Netzen der nächsten Generation (NGA-Netze auf Basis von FTTH- bzw. FTTB) mit Bandbreiten von 1 Gbit/s symmetrisch (Glasfasernetz) zu realisieren. Dies soll im Rahmen eines Betreibermodells erfolgen, im Rahmen dessen die SEG ein passives Breitbandnetz plant und baut und dieses anschließend an einen privaten Netzbetreiber verpachtet. Mit vorliegender Ausschreibung soll ein Planungsbüro ermittelt werden, welches das passive Breitbandnetz plant. Auftragsgegenstand ist die Erbringung von Planungsleistungen angelehnt an die Leistungsphasen 1-8 des §§41 ff. und §§53 ff. HOAI für die betroffenen Stadtteile.
