Der Auftrag umfasst die Fachplanungsleistungen Technische Ausrüstung nach §§ 53 ff. HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 15 HOAI (Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1-9) für den Neubau der Sporthalle Karlshagen. Es sind die Fachplanungsleistungen für Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Lüftungsinstallation, Starkstrominstallation und Schwachstrominstallation mit Sat-Anlage, Klingelanlage, Einbruch- und Brandmeldeanlage, kabelgebundenes und kabelloses Netzwerk, Beleuchtung sowie Beschallung- und Videotechnik zu erbringen. Weitere Details können Ziff. 2.2 der Vergabeunterlage entnommen werden. Die bisherige Sporthalle der Gemeinde Karlshagen in der Schulstraße 4, 17449 Karlshagen, ist organisatorisch der Heinrich-Heine-Schule angegliedert. Neben dem Schulsport sowie sonstigen schulischen Veranstaltungen bietet die Gemeinde Vereinen, Gruppen etc. die Nutzung der Sporthalle an. Die Sporthalle ist jedoch abgängig und wird abgerissen. Die Gemeinde Ostseebad Karlshagen (im Folgenden auch nur als "Auftraggeberin" bezeichnet) beabsichtigt daher den Neubau einer Sporthalle in unmittelbarer Nähe (Grundstück: Straße des Friedens 6, 17449 Karlshagen). Bei dem Neubau soll es sich um eine 2-Feldsporthalle inkl. Sozialtrakt handeln. Zur Veranschaulichung des geplanten Bereichs für die neue Sporthalle wird auf den beiliegenden Lageplan (Anlage 01) verwiesen.
