Elektrofachplanung in 4 Leistungsstufen - Leistungsstufe I: LP 1 - 4; vertreten durch das UKF - Leistungsstufe II: LP 5; vertreten durch das UKF - Leistungsstufe III: LP 6; VuB (Vermögen und Bau Freiburg) - Leistungsstufe IV: LP 7-9;VuB (Vermögen und Bau Freiburg) Leistungsumfang: Aktuell entspricht die Installation einer Übernachtungsstätte in relativ einfacher Ausführung. Es gibt teilweise keine abgehängten Decken, um Trassen für Kabelwege und Installationen zu führen. Auch Reserven oder wenigstens Stellfläche für mögliche Erweiterungen der Verteiler sind nicht vorhanden. Abhängig von der Nutzung und der Anzahl der zukünftig benötigten Stromkreise besteht die Notwendigkeit Verteiler neu aufzubauen. Für die Themen Datennetz, Brandmeldeanlage, Schwesternruf usw. sowie die Anbindung an die Infrastruktur des Klinikums sind hier ebenfalls Investitionen notwendig, um beide Gebäudeteile für die neue Nutzung vorzubereiten. Erkennbar gibt es in den Häusern dafür keine Platzvorhaltung, so dass in den bestehenden Fläche Vorhaltungen für neue Technikräume geschaffen werden müssen. -KG 440 Starkstrom: Neuinstallation, neue Steigebereiche, G5-Standard -KG 450 IT: LWL-Anbindung, neue Verteilerstandorte, Schwesternruf, Türsteuerung -BMA: Erweiterung FC2020, E30-konform -Außenbeleuchtung: neue Mastleuchten Besondere Anforderungen -Bestands-IT unbrauchbar -Enge Abstimmung UKF insbesondere Netzwerk -IT-Verteilerflächen Übergabefähige, vollständige Dokumentation an VuB nach Abschluss LP 5
