Description

Die Stadtwerke Lübeck Energie GmbH (SWL) erstellt mit Dienstleistern seit November 2023 einen Transformationsplan nach der Bundesförderung für effiziente Wärmenetze (BEW) für die Fernwärmenetze Vorwerk und St. Lorenz, die zukünftig verbunden werden sollen. Der aktuelle Arbeitsstand des Trafoplans weist die Nutzung von Abwasserwärme des Zentralklärwerkes Lübeck (ZKW) als zentrale Wärmequelle für das Verbund-Fernwärmenetz aus. Um die Abwasserwärme in dem Verbund-Fernwärmenetz nutzen zu können, soll an dem gereinigten Abwasserstrom des ZKW ein Teilstrom entnommen und einer Wärmepumpenanlage zugeführt werden. Das abgekühlte Wasser wird in dem Abfluss des Zentralklärwerkes vor Einleitung in die Trave zurückgeführt. Los 1: In der Zeit von Februar 2026 bis September 2026 sollen die HOAI-Planungsphasen 1 - 4 für die Abwasserwärmepumpe (20 MW), inkl. Anschluss an der Abwasserstrom durchgeführt werden. Los 2: In der Zeit von Juli 2026 bis Dezember 2026 sollen die HOAI-Planungsphasen 1 - 4 für die Objekt- und Außenanlagenplanung, inkl. Grundleitungen sowie die Tragwerksplanung Gebäude und Fundament Pufferbehälter durchgeführt werden. Angebote für ein oder beide Lose sind zulässig. Sofern ein Bieter für beide Lose ein Angebot abgibt, wird ein Kombinationsvorteil in Höhe von 10 Punkten auf die Gesamtwertung gewährt. Der Bonus dient der Berücksichtigung von Effizienzgewinnen, Projektkoordinierung und Schnittstellenreduzierung.
