Fachplanung teschniche Ausrüstung Im Rahmen der Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung wird ein Konzept für die technische Infrastruktur des Stuttgart Climate Tech Hub (S-CTH) entwickelt, einschließlich möglicher Erweiterungen. Das Bestandsparkhaus am Fraunhofer-Institutszentrum Stuttgart (IZS) ist derzeit nicht vollständig erschlossen, daher sind umfassende Maßnahmen zur technischen Erschließung geplant. Insbesondere ist die Installation einer Brandmeldeanlage sowie einer Photovoltaik-Anlage und PVT-Photovoltaik und Solarthermie im Hybridmodul auf dem Dach vorgesehen.
