Gegenstand des Loses sind Fachplanungsleistungen der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung für den Neubau der Grundschule und Kita Aurikelstieg einschließlich Dreifeld-Sporthalle in Norderstedt. Gegenstand der Beauftragung sind Teilleistungen der LPH 3, gegebenenfalls Teilleistungen der LPH 4 sowie die vollständigen Leistungsphasen 5 bis 9 gemäß HOAI. Aufgrund des noch nicht abgeschlossenen Planungsstands kann eine Tektur erforderlich werden.
