Description

Rahmenvereinbarung zur Durchführung der DGUV3-Prüfung im Klinikum Darmstadt und seinen Tochtergesellschaften Zur Durchführung der DGUV3-Prüfung soll eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit einer Laufzeit von drei Jahren geseschlossen werden. In den Ausschreibungsunterlagen sind folgende Mengenangaben enthalten, die die Rahmenvereinbarung bestimmen: Die Mindestabnahmemengen werden während der Vertragslaufzeit mindestens abgenommen. Die Maximalmengen können maximal über die Rahmenvereinbarung abgerufen werden. Dieses geschätzte Auftragsvolumen wird nicht festgelegt, d.h. es kann innerhalb der Mindest- und Maximalmengen höher oder geringer ausfallen. Die hier ausgeschriebene Rahmenvereinbarung soll mit nur einem Unternehmen geschlossen werden. Der Rahmenvertrag räumt dem Auftragnehmer keine Exklusivität ein. Der Auftraggeber ist berechtigt, andere Unternehmen mit Leistungen gleicher Art zu beauftragen oder gleichartige Leistungen selbst zu erbringen. Zur zentralen Datenhaltung des Auftraggebers sowie wegen während der Vertragslaufzeit geplanter Eigenleistungen und Schnittstellen zum Auftraggeber sind das Programm MEBEDO Elektromanager und damit kompatible Messgeräte zu verwenden. Fahrt- und Reisekosten, Fahrt- und Reisezeiten sowie andere Spesen im Zusammenhang mit den ausgeschriebenen Leistungen an den im Verzeichnis der Liegenschaften genannten Einsatzorten werden nicht erstattet und sind in den Einheitspreisen zu berücksichtigen. Arbeits- und Umgangssprache ist deutsch (in Wort und Schrift).
