69120 Heidelberg, Im Neuenheimer Feld 330, HD, Uni, Neustrukturierung Geowissenschaften zum Geo- und Umweltzentrum; Teilmaßnahme Sanierung INF 330 einschließlich Ersatzneubau, Leistungen des Inbetriebnahmemanagements und Technischen Monitorings, Das Land Baden-Württemberg, vertreten durch das Vermögen und Bau Amt Mannheim und Heidelberg, plant für die Universität Heidelberg am Standort Im Neuenheimer Feld (INF 6330) in Heidelberg den Neubau eines Gebäudes für das Geo- und Umweltzentrum zu errichten. Beabsichtigt ist die Beauftragung von Beratungsleistungen für Inbetriebnahme- Management und Technisches Monitoring nach Anlage 1 zu § 3 Absatz 1 HOAI. Das Angebot hat mit dem vom Auftraggeber vorgegebenen Angebotsschreiben zu erfolgen. Das Angebotsschreiben ist abrufbar unter der oben genannten Internetadresse. Bieter sowie deren Nach- und Verleihunternehmer haben mit Angebotsabgabe die einschlägigen Verpflichtungserklärungen nach § 5 LTMG, einsehbar unter ''https://rp.baden-wuerttemberg.de/themen/wirtschaft/tariftreue/seiten/mustererklaerungen/'', abzugeben. Dieses Verfahren wird unter der Vergabenummer 25-63201 durchgeführt. (Bei Rückfragen bitte angeben).
