Description

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Erbringung von Fachplanungs- und Beratungsleistungen zur Begleitung einer Nachhaltigkeitszertifizierung nach dem System der DGNB (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen) für den Neubau eines Rathauses. Das neue Rathaus mit einer BGF-Fläche von ca. 12.000m² soll DGNB-Platin zertifiziert werden. Für die Maßnahme werden Gesamtkosten von rund 80 Mio. Euro (netto) [inkl. Baupreissteigerung und Korrekturfaktor] für die Kostengruppen 200 - 700 angesetzt. Daraus ergeben sich für die Kostengruppe 300 + 400 ca. 52 Mio. Euro (netto), für die Kostengruppe 500rund 3,3 Mio. Euro (netto) sowie für die Kostengruppe 600 ca. 3,4 Mio. Euro (netto). Der Neubau wird gemäß den Hochwasserförderrichtlinien des Landes NRW gefördert. Art und Umfang: - Beratung der Bauherrschaft und Projektbeteiligten in Bezug auf die Nachhaltigkeitskriterien der DGNB - Erarbeitung eines DGNB-Vorzertifikats in der Entwurfsphase - Integration der DGNB-Kriterien in den Planungsprozess (z. B. durch Maßnahmenkataloge) - Begleitung der Nachweisführung (z. B. durch Dokumentationsmanagement) - Vorbereitung und Einreichung der erforderlichen Unterlagen zur Zertifizierung bei der DGNB - Koordination der erforderlichen Beiträge anderer Fachplaner (z. B. Energieberater, Bauphysik, TGA, Freiraumplanung) - Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation mit der Zertifizierungsstelle Die Leistungen richten sich inhaltlich nach dem jeweils gültigen DGNB-System für Neubauten Öffentlicher Gebäude und umfassen sowohl die Projektbegleitung als DGNB-Consultant oder Auditor, als auch die Zusammenstellung der erforderlichen Nachweise für die Bewertungskriterien in den Bereichen Ökologie, Ökonomie, Soziokulturelles, Technik, Prozesse und Standort.
