Rahmenvertrag über Unterstützungsleistungen für Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur Um den weiter gestiegenen qualitativen Anforderungen an eine leistungsfähige Infrastruktur gerecht zu werden, hat sich das Leibniz Institut für Oberflächenmodifizierung e.V. (IOM) dazu entschieden, einen Rahmenvertrag für eine Betriebsunterstützung durch einen externen IT-Dienstleister auszuschreiben. Ziel der Ausschreibung ist die Beauftragung eines qualifizierten IT-Dienstleisters zur Unterstützung des IOM beim Betrieb, der Wartung sowie der Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur. Der Dienstleister erbringt technische, konzeptionelle und operative Unterstützungsleistungen in den in dieser Leistungsbeschreibung definierten Infrastruktur- und Plattformbereichen. Die fachliche Gesamtverantwortung (Accountability), die strategische Steuerung sowie die finale Entscheidungs- und Freigabebefugnis verbleiben beim IOM. Der Dienstleister handelt auf Grundlage abgestimmter Vorgehensweisen sowie definierter Betriebs- und Serviceprozesse. Der Dienstleister unterstützt das IOM insbesondere durch: - Bereitstellung technischer Expertise und strukturierter Unterstützung im operativen IT-Betrieb - Anwendung etablierter Betriebs- und Service-Management-Prozesse - nachvollziehbare Dokumentation und Protokollierung von Tätigkeiten, Änderungen und Analysen - konzeptionelle Beratung zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur Ziel der Beauftragung ist ein stabiler, sicherer, nachvollziehbar gesteuerter und zukunftsfähiger Betrieb der IT-Infrastruktur des IOM. Der unverbindliche Auftragsschätzwert liegt bei ca. 400.000 EUR netto bei einer Vertragslaufzeit von vier Jahren. Beginn der Laufzeit 01.10.2026 bis 30.09.2030.
