Los 21: Photovoltaikanlagen: Der Burgenlandkreis baut ein in dessen Eigentum befindliches Objekt einschließlich der Außenanlagen zum Gefahrenabwehrzentrum aus. Das betreffende Grundstück befindet sich im Gewerbegebiet der Ortschaft Wethau, welche der Stadt Naumburg (Saale) zugehörig ist. Das Grundstück liegt im Geltungsbereich des Bebauungsplanes Nr. 3 der Gemeinde Wethau Gewerbepark I "Über dem Rosental" an der B87/180. Das Areal befindet sich südwestlich von der Stadt Naumburg (Saale) und grenzt unmittelbar an die Bundesstraße B180. Zur Umnutzung des Areals zur Feuerwehrtechnischen Zentrale und Kreisausbildungsgelände sind sowohl am Bestandsgebäude als auch im Bereich der Freianlagen zahlreiche Baumaßnahmen erforderlich, die zum Teil schon abgeschlossen sind. Auf den Gebäuden der Kalthalle (5 Kfz-Stellplätze und Lager) mit Schrägdach (Neubau) und dem Feuerwehrtechnischen Zentrum mit Schlauchwäsche (Um-/Erweiterungsbau) mit Flachdach einschl. Schlauchturm sollen jeweils PV-Anlagen errichtet werden. Abmessungen Kalthalle: (LxBxH): ca. 27mx11mx6m, Dachausführung: Iso-Dachpaneele (trapezprofiliert) Abmessungen FTZ mit Schlauchwäsche (LxBxH): ca. 44mx25mx6m), Dachausführung: Flachdach mit Folienabdichtung. Auf dem Schrägdach des Neubaus Kalthalle sowie auf dem Flachdach des FTZ sind jeweils netzgekoppelte PV-Anlagen mittels Solarmodulen auf einer durchdringungsfreien Unterkonstruktion zu errichten. Zusätzlich sollen an der Süd- und Westwand des Schlauchturms Fassadenmodule montiert werden. Die Fassadenmodule müssen über eine Bauaufsichtliche Zulassung verfügen. 242 Stück Solarmodule für Schräg- und Flachdach, 450 Wp 36 Stück Solar Fassadenmodule, zertifiziert, mind. 370 Wp 1 Stück Schrägdach-PV-Montagesystem für insgesamt 112 Module 1 Stück Flachdach-PV-Montagesystem für insgesamt 130 Module 1 Stück Fassaden-PV-Montagesystem für insgesamt 36 Module 5 Stück PV-Generator-Anschlusskästen mit ÜS-Schutz 4 Stück Hybrid-Wechselrichter, 30 kW 1 Stück Hybrid-Wechselrichter, 10 kW ca. 750 m Solarkabel 6 mm² ca. 30 m Kunststoffmantelkabel bis 4x35/16 mm² ca. 300 m Kunststoffmantelleitungen, diverse Querschnitte ca. 70 m Kabelrinne mit Deckel, 100 mm ca. 40 m Alu-Steckrohr ca. 70 m PVC-Installationsrohr ca. 150 m Potentialausgleichsleitungen 16 mm²/6mm² 2 Stück NA-Schutz-Kuppelschalter 1 Stück Zentraler NA-Schutz 2 Stück Arbeitsgerüst/Podestturm 1 Pauschal Umbau-/Ergänzungsarbeiten an Blitzschutzanlage
