Description

Rahmenvertrag über die Lieferung von Stahlrohrmaste für die Straßenbeleuchtung der Stadt Dortmund im Rahmen des Straßenbeleuchtungsvertrages zwischen der Dortmunder Energie- und Wasserversorgung und der Stadt Dortmund im Namen und auf Rechnung der Dortmunder Netz GmbH Geplante Laufzeit: 15.01.2026 bis 31.12.2030 Verlängerungsoption: Es werden zwei Optionen zu einer Verlängerung der Rahmenvereinbarung um jeweils 5 weitere Jahre zu den im Nachgang beschriebenen Konditionen vereinbart. Die Vereinbarung hierüber erfolgt nach Klärung der Verlängerung des Straßenbeleuchtungsvertrages der DEW21 mit der Stadt Dortmund bzw. im Jahr des Auslaufens des Kontakts im September 2030 mit Blick auf den Endtermin im Dezember. Die Preise gelten erstmalig bis 31.12.2027. Ab dem 3. Jahr erfolgt eine jährliche Preisanpassung entsprechend dem vereinbarten Prozentsatz.
