Hochschulcampus Stuttgart-Vaihingen, Neukonzeption des Campuszentrums. Objektplanungsleistungen für Freianlagen nach Teil 3 Abschnitt 2 HOAI. Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 2 bis 9 nach § 39 HOAI sowie Besondere Leistungen der Leistungsphase 9. Der Planungsbereich der Freianlagen umfasst das direkte Umfeld des Naturwissenschaftliches Zentrum II (NWZ II) mit Gestaltung der Innenhöfe und Dächer und soll zeitgleich mit der Sanierung des Gebäudes umgesetzt werden. Hierbei ist zentral auch die Einbindung in die weitere Umgebung. Diese gliedert sich im Wesentlichen in drei Teilbereiche: die zentrale Lernstraße, das südliche Gebiet bis zur Universitätsstraße und den westlichen Bereich bis zu den neuen Ersatzgebäuden für die Physik am Allmandring. Hierbei sind die Masterplanungen für das gesamte Campusareal zu berücksichtigen, welche Flächen für Veranstaltungen, Begegnung, Erholung, Outdoor, Lernmöglichkeiten, Public viewing, Kinofeste im Sommer, Gastronomie und sportliche Betätigung beinhalten. Es soll ein Umfeld mit hoher Aufenthaltsqualität und Nutzungsoffenheit entstehen. Die vorhandene Kunst kann in die Gestaltung mit einbezogen werden. Erhaltenswerter Baumbestand ist in die Planung einzubeziehen. Fläche: ca. 4,1 ha; Die geschätzen Kosten der Kostengruppen 500 + 600 belaufen sich auf ca. 17 Mio. € brutto (inkl. Dachbegrünung des zu sanierenden Gebäudekomplexes des PWR 57). Dieser Betrag wird der Bemessung der vertraglich zu vereinbarenden Kostenobergrenze zugrunde gelegt Planungsbeginn Freianlagen: Oktober 2025; Abschluss LPH 3: 4. Quartal 2026; Vorgesehener Baubeginn: 4. Quartal 2030/1. Quartal 2031; Vorgesehene Übergabe Nutzer: Mitte 2035. Die Arbeitsmittel Dokumentation Pläne und Daten sind zu beachten. Stufe des Verfahrens ausgewählten Bewerberinnen und Bewerbern sollen Lösungsvorschläge für die Planungsaufgabe gemäß § 76 Abs. 2 VgV erarbeitet werden, die für die Auswahl der Auftragnehmerin/des Auftragnehmers mit entscheidend sind. Objektplanungsleistungen für Freianlagen nach Teil 3 Abschnitt 2 der HOAI, Grundleistungen der Leistungsphase 2 bis 9 sowie Besondere Leistungen der Leistungsphase 9. Die Bewerbung hat mit dem vom Auftraggeber vorgegebenen Teilnahmeantrag zu erfolgen. Der Teilnahmeantrag ist abrufbar unter der oben genannten Internetadresse.
