Konrad-Adenauer-Straße 12, 70173 Stuttgart, Haus der Abgeordneten Gebäudesanierung, Architektenleistungen nach Teil 3 Abschnitt 2 HOAI, Das Haus der Abgeordneten in der soll generalsaniert und aufgestockt werden. Beabsichtigt ist die Beauftragung von Objektplanungsleistungen für Landschaftsarchitektur nach Teil 3, Abschnitt 2 der HOAI für die Leistungshasen 2-9 sowie besondere Leistungen der Leistungsphasen 4 und 9. Der Leisuntgsbereich umfasst: - Freiflächen und Außenanlage um das Gebäude, insbesondere nicht unterbaute Geländeflächen - Freiflächen im Innenhof, tlw. als intensive Begrünung mit Aufenthaltsbereichen - Bepflanzung "Grüne Fassade" am Sockelgebäude - Fassadenbegrünung im Innenhof vor Pfosten-Riegel-Verglasung - extensive Dachbegrünung, tlw. in Kombination mit PV Im Hinblick auf den Gebäudestandard sowie die Lage des Areals in direkter Nachbarschaft zur Kulturmeile Stuttgarts, wird auf eine städtebaulich wie auch landschaftsarchitektonisch hochwertige Lösung Wert gelegt. Die Bewerbung hat mit dem vom Auftraggeber vorgegebenen Teilnahmeantrag zu erfolgen. Der Teilnahmeantrag ist abrufbar unter der oben genannten Internetadresse. Bieter sowie deren Nach- und Verleihunternehmer haben mit Angebotsabgabe die einschlägigen Verpflichtungserklärungen nach § 5 LTMG, einsehbar unter ' https://rp.baden-wuerttemberg.de/themen/wirtschaft/tariftreue/seiten/mustererklaerungen/ ', abzugeben.
