Description

Der Landesbetrieb Wald und Holz Nordrhein-Westfalen (Wald und Holz NRW) beabsichtigt, im Zuge des vorliegenden Verfahrens, eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die Lieferung von Forstmarkierfarben mit einem oder mehreren Auftragnehmern abzuschließen. Jedes Los wird einzeln bewertet und an je einen Auftragnehmer vergeben. Die Rahmenvereinbarung über alle Lose kann somit im Ganzen sowohl mit ein und demselben, als auch mit bis zu acht unterschiedlichen Auftragnehmern abgeschlossen werden. Für Details wird auf die Leistungsbeschreibung verwiesen. Pro Vertragsjahr werden in Summe für alle Lose ca. 29.700 Dosen Forstmarkierfarbe mit unterschiedlichen Anforderungen benötigt. Bei der angegebenen Menge handelt es sich um eine rein kalkulatorische Anzahl, ermittelt anhand von Erfahrungswerten aus den letzten Jahren. Die Mindestabnahme durch den Auftraggeber beträgt insgesamt für alle Lose 9.900 Dosen pro Jahr. Pro Los wird somit mindestens ein Drittel der in der Leistungsbeschreibung je Los angegebenen (Schätz-)Mengen abgenommen. Die Höchstmenge beträgt insgesamt für alle Lose 59.400 Dosen pro Jahr. Pro Los wird somit maximal das Doppelte der in der Leistungsbeschreibung je Los angegebenen (Schätz-)Mengen abgenommen. Für Details wird auf die Leistungsbeschreibung verwiesen.
