Der Landesbetrieb Wald und Holz Nordrhein-Westfalen beabsichtigt, im Zuge des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens, eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die Durchführung von Holzbringung in den Forstbetriebsbezirken Tiergarten, Geisterholz und Habichtswald des Regionalforstamtes Münsterland abzuschließen. Es werden revierweise insgesamt drei räumlich voneinander unabhängige Lose gebildet: Los 1: Holzbringung FBB Tiergarten Mengen je Vertragsjahr: Garantiemenge 500 fm o. R. / Optionsmenge 1.500 fm o. R. Los 2: Holzbringung FBB Geisterholz Mengen je Vertragsjahr: Garantiemenge 500 fm o. R. / Optionsmenge 1.000 fm o. R. Los 3: Holzbringung FBB Habichtswald Mengen je Vertragsjahr: Garantiemenge 1.000 fm o. R. / Optionsmenge 500 fm o. R. Rahmenvereinbarung über die Durchführung von Holzbringung in den Forstbetriebsbezirken Tiergarten, Geisterholz und Habichtswald des Regionalforstamtes Münsterland: Los 1: RV Holzbringung FBB Tiergarten (Revierteile: in Nordkirchen, Ascheberg, Senden, Nottuln, Havixbeck, Gronau, 12 Waldorte) Los 2: RV Holzbringung FBB Geisterholz (Revierteile: in Münster, Drensteinfurt, Everswinkel, Sendenhorst, Oelde, Beckum, Hamm, Kamen, 14 Waldorte) Los 3: RV Holzbringung FBB Habichtswald (Revierteile: Habichtswald, Sundern, Bockholter Berge, Rengering, Vinnenberg, Holzlagerplatz Füchtorf und Sassenberg) Über die losbezogene Garantiemenge je Vertragsjahr beinhaltet die Rahmenvereinbarung eine Optionsmenge je Los je Vertragsjahr. Der Auftragnehmer hat einen Anspruch auf die Erfüllung der Garantiemenge. Detaillierte Angaben zur Leistungserbringung sind den jeweiligen Leistungsverzeichnissen (Anlagen) zu entnehmen. Zur Veranschaulichung sind der Leistungsbeschreibung ebenfalls Übersichtskarten beigefügt. Es wird auf die AGB Forst NRW verwiesen.
