SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- Abbruch dreier Bestandgebäude und Neubau eines zweigeschossigen Gebäudes für die Grundschule Surenland - Hier: Sportgeräte Die Grundschule Surenland am Standort Bramfelder Weg 121 soll zur Vierzügigkeit ausgebaut werden. In diesem Zuge soll ein Gebäude mit Verwaltungs- und zwei Fachräumen sowie einer Einfeld-Sporthalle inkl. Nebenräume gebaut werden. Das Gebäude setzt sich aus einem zweigeschossigen Bauteil, der angedockten Sporthalle und einem verbindenden Nebenraumtrakt zusammen. Die Konstruktion ist in massiver Bauweise mit einer Klinkerfassade konzipiert und wird flach gegründet. Das Hallentragwerk sieht in Querrichtung eingespannte Brettschichtholz-Dachträger vor. Alle Dächer werden als Gründächer ausgeführt. Der zweigeschossige Baukörper wird mit einer Brettschichtholzdecke, die Sporthalle mit einem Trapezblechdach und die restlichen Dächer eine Stahlbetondecke geplant. Das bestehende Verwaltungsgebäude mit der bestehenden Heizzentrale sowie zwei weitere Schulgebäude sollen im Zuge der Maßnahme abgebrochen werden. Der Neubau soll in der Folge auf dem Baufeld des Bestandsgebäude errichtet werden. --------------- Hier: Sportgeräte --------------- - Sportgeräte Montage - Schaukel und Klettergeräte (Hülsenreck, Doppelfeld-Sprossenwand, Gitterleiter, Klettertauanlage, Multischaukelanlage, etc.) 17 St - Basketball-Wandgerüst inkl.
