400 MHz NMR-Spektrometer Beschaffung eines 400 MHz FT-NMR-Spektrometers, ausgerüstet mit einem Autosampler für 100 Proben mit der Möglichkeit der Durchführung für aller modernen 1- und 2D-Experimnten mit selektiven Pulsen (bandselektiven Methoden), Maximierung der Signalintensitäten durch CRISIS-Experimente, Vereinfachung der Spektren durch PURESHIFT-Experimente, verbesserte Auflösung mit geringerer Messzeit durch NUS-Aufnahmen und automatische Unterdrückung von Lösungsmittelsignalen sowie Möglichkeit zur Aufnahme von Deuteriumspektren über den Lock-Kanal.
