Bei dem Delme Klinikum Delmenhorst handelt es sich um ein wichtiges regionales Zentrum der Patientenversorgung, in dem Gesundheitsdienstleistungen aus den unterschiedlichsten Fachdisziplinen auf fachlich und technisch höchstem Niveau erbracht werden. Entsprechend hoch sind nicht nur die infrastrukturellen Ansprüche und Anforderungen der Versorgungseinrichtungen im unmittelbaren Patientenkontakt, sondern auch im Hinblick auf die internen Organisationsstrukturen, um einen leistungs-starken Versorgungsbetrieb sicherstellen zu können. Um diesbezüglich den gewachsenen Bedürfnissen auch weiterhin in angemessener Weise gerecht werden zu können, ist beabsichtigt, die Dienstplanorganisation auf ein neu zu beschaffendes, einzurichtendes und zu pflegendes Dienstplansystem aufzusetzen. Die Ausschreibung betrifft die Bereitstellung und Einführung eines integrierten Dienstplansystems, das u.a. Dienstplanung, Zeiterfassung, Abwesenheitsmanagement, Zeitbewertung, Auswertungen sowie Workflow-Management umfasst. Die Auftragsdauer beträgt 60 Monate. Der Auftragnehmer soll ein Gesamtpaket aus Softwarelösung (Inhouse oder Cloud), Implementierung inklusive Erstdatenimport, Konfiguration/Customizing, Schnittstellenpflege sowie Nutzerschulung anbieten. Zudem soll der da-tenschutzkonforme laufende Betrieb und Support mit definierten Service-Leveln und regelmäßigen Updates vom Auftragnehmer übernommen werden. Nähere Angaben sind den Vergabeunterlagen, insbesondere dem Leistungsverzeichnis (Anforderungskatalog), zu entnehmen. Hinweis der Vergabestelle: Es wird ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass die Vergabe der verfahrensgegenständlichen Leistungen unter einem Finanzierungsvorbehalt steht.
