Description

Die Auftraggeber beabsichtigen im Rahmen eines interkommunalen Kooperationsprojekts die Einführung eines gemeinsamen Systems für eine digitale Kartenplattform. Ziel ist die Bereitstellung einer einheitlichen, skalierbaren und zukunftsfähigen Infrastruktur zur digitalen Vernetzung von Bürgerinnen und Bürgern, lokalen Akteuren, Angeboten und Informationen. Der Auftrag umfasst die Konzeption, Implementierung, den Betrieb sowie den Support einer modularen Softwarelösung im SaaS-Modell, einschließlich mobiler Anwendungen (Wallet und Anbieter-App), webbasiertem Marktplatz sowie Backend-System. Die Lösung muss eine sichere digitale Identitäts- und Tokenstruktur ermöglichen (z. B. auf Blockchain-Basis).
