Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung je Los mit mehreren Unternehmen (maximal 3) über die Lieferung von Virtualisierungsalternativen wie Basisvirtualisierung, Container und Kubernetes, Software Defined Networking/Storage, Private Cloud, Monitoring und Logging sowie Dienstleistungsanteilen. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit mehreren Unternehmen über die Lieferung von Virtualisierungsalternativen sowie korrespondierenden Dienstleistungen. Jede Vertragspartei der Rahmenvereinbarung auf Anbieterseite soll die Produkte eines Herstellers je Los anbieten. Eine Begrenzung der Vertragspartner der Rahmenvereinbarung findet nicht statt. Es werden die angebotenen Rabatte je Hersteller untereinander bewertet. Es wird eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit mehreren Auftragnehmern je Los geschlossen. Die Rahmenvereinbarung ist die Basis für weitere Einzelaufträge. Die Erteilung von Einzelaufträgen erfolgt in der Regel nach Durchführung eines Mini-Wettbewerbs (MWB) gemäß § 21 Abs. 5 VgV und Nr. 3 dieser Rahmenvereinbarung.
