Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Verlängerung der Softwarepflege- und Supportleistungen für die beim Auftraggeber eingesetzten OpenText-Produkte Identity Manager (IDM), Open Enterprise Server (OES) und ZENworks Configuration Management (ZCM). Darüber hinaus umfasst der Auftrag die Möglichkeit des Abrufs zusätzlicher Support-, Beratungs- und Unterstützungsleistungen im Umfeld der bestehenden OpenText-Umgebung. Der Auftraggeber betreibt eine zentrale OpenText-Umgebung bestehend aus den Produktbereichen Identity Manager (IDM), Open Enterprise Server (OES) sowie ZENworks Configuration Management (ZCM). Die Systeme bilden wesentliche Bestandteile der Berechtigungsverwaltung, Benutzerverwaltung, Serverinfrastruktur sowie des Client- und Endpoint-Managements. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Bereitstellung der erforderlichen Softwarepflege-, Wartungs- und Herstellersupportleistungen einschließlich der Verlängerung der bestehenden Nutzungs- und Supportberechtigungen für die eingesetzten OpenText-Produkte über die Vertragslaufzeit. Zum Zeitpunkt der Ausschreibung umfasst die Umgebung insbesondere: - IDM-Umgebung mit ca. 3.222 Benutzerobjekten, - OES-Umgebung mit ca. 3.193 Benutzerobjekten, - ZCM-Umgebung mit ca. 1.474 verwalteten Endgeräten sowie ca. 2.707 Benutzern. Die angegebenen Mengen dienen der Orientierung und können sich während der Vertragslaufzeit verändern. Zusätzlich zu den Renewal- und Supportleistungen soll der Auftraggeber die Möglichkeit erhalten, bei Bedarf weitere Unterstützungs- und Beratungsleistungen auf Basis eines angebotenen Tagessatzes abzurufen. Hierzu zählen insbesondere Fehleranalysen, Herstellereskalationen, Konfigurationsanpassungen, Unterstützung bei Updates und Upgrades, technische Beratungsleistungen sowie sonstige Dienstleistungen im unmittelbaren Zusammenhang mit der bestehenden OpenText-Umgebung. Ziel der Ausschreibung ist die Sicherstellung des störungsfreien und wirtschaftlichen Betriebs der bestehenden OpenText-Systemlandschaft sowie die bedarfsgerechte Unterstützung des Auftraggebers durch qualifiziertes Fachpersonal während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit.
