Description

Ziel der Vergabe ist eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die Beschaffung (Kauf, Miete oder Subscription) von Standardsoftware, die zur Standardsoftware dazugehörige Pflege und damit zusammenhängende Leistungen für Dataport eigene/interne Bedarfe und die Bedarfe für Kunden/Träger von Dataport im Rahmen des Handelsgeschäfts. Bei Standardsoftware handelt es sich um bereits entwickelte und nicht für einen einzelnen Kunden programmierte Software. Im Gegensatz dazu handelt es sich bei Individualsoftware, die nicht Bestandteil dieser Vergabe ist, um speziell für einen bestimmten Kunden zu entwickelnde bzw. zu programmierende Software. Die Vertragslaufzeit dieses Rahmenvertrages beginnt am 01.01.2027 und hat eine Laufzeit von bis zu 4 Jahren (2 Jahre mit zweimaliger Verlängerungsoption um jeweils 12 Monate). Die Durchführung des Vergabeverfahrens erfolgt durch Dataport, um die eigenen und Kundenbedarfe zu decken. Der bei Rahmenvereinbarungen bereits in der EU-Bekanntmachung anzugebende Höchstwert beträgt 150 % des bezuschlagten Auftragswerts. D.h. der Auftraggeber wird maximal bis zum Höchstwert von 150% der Gesamtangebotssumme Leistungen aus diesem Rahmenvertrag abrufen.
