Description

Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist die Beschaffung einer cloudbasierten Softwarelösung zur Unterstützung zentraler ITSM-Prozesse (ITSM-Software) inklusive Implementierung (durch den Auftragnehmer) zur Integration in die bestehende Systemlandschaft und Inbetriebnahme bis zum Minimalbetrieb (MVP) binnen fünf (5) Monaten, sowie (1) Support und Wartung der angebotenen Lösungen, (2) Unterstützung der AG bei der weiteren Umsetzung des Projekts (nach Inbetriebnahme des MVP-Projekts) und (3) weitere projektbegleitende Leistungen. Der genaue Leistungsumfang ergibt sich nur aus den Vergabeunterlagen, insbesondere Leistungsverzeichnis, Vertragsunterlagen und Anforderungskatalog. Mit ausgeschrieben wird die Optionale Beschaffung weiterer Module sowie weitere optionaler Unterstützungsleistungen. Die Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK) ist eine staatliche Oberbehörde des Freistaats Bayern mit Sitz in München. Sie ist die gesetzliche Vertreterin von zwölf (Versorgungs-)Anstalten und einer Körperschaft des öffentlichen Rechts, die ihren Versicherten Leistungen der Alters-, Berufsunfähigkeits- und Hinterbliebenenversorgung erbringen. Der Vertragsschluss erfolgt im Namen der von der BVK vertretenen juristischen Personen des öffentlichen Rechts: 1. Bayerische Ärzteversorgung 2. Bayerische Apothekerversorgung 3. Bayerische Architektenversorgung 4. Bayerische Ingenieurversorgung-Bau mit Psychotherapeutenversorgung 5. Bayerische Rechtsanwalts- und Steuerberaterversorgung 6. Bayerischer Versorgungsverband 7. Zusatzversorgungskasse der Bayerischen Gemeinden 8. Versorgungsanstalt der deutschen Bühnen 9. Versorgungsanstalt der deutschen Kulturorchester 10. Versorgungsanstalt der bevollmächtigten Bezirksschornsteinfeger 11. Pensionskasse des Schornsteinfegerhandwerks 12. Versorgungswerk des Bayerischen Landtags jeweils juristische Personen des öffentlichen Rechts, jeweils gesetzlich vertreten durch die Bayerische Versorgungskammer, Denninger Str. 37, 81925 München.
