Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung und Implementierung eines Bewerber*innenmanagementsystems inkl. Support und Wartung Die regio iT gesellschaft für Informationstechnologie mbH ist ein Rechenzentrumsdienstleister für seine kommunalen Gesellschafter, deren kommunale Unternehmen und wirtschaftlich selbstständige Organisationseinheiten sowie juristischen Personen des öffentlichen Rechts. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung und Einführung eines modernen, benutzerfreundlichen und leistungsfähigen Bewerber*innenmanagementsystems für die Stadt Aachen. Zurzeit wird bereits eine Softwarelösung genutzt, welche jedoch nicht alle gewünschten Funktionen enthält und somit abgelöst werden soll. Die Lösung soll den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess vollständig digital und medienbruchfrei abbilden. Eine intuitive Bedienbarkeit, effiziente Workflow-Steuerung sowie eine attraktive, barrierefreie Bewerbungsoberfläche für externe Bewerber*innen sind sicherzustellen. Es sind umfassende Reporting- und Analysefunktionen bereitzustellen, insbesondere die Erhebung relevanter Kennzahlen sowie flexible Filter- und Auswertungsmöglichkeiten zur datenbasierten Steuerung des Recruiting-Prozesses. Ein verbindlicher Support mit definierten Reaktions- und Bearbeitungszeiten ist vorzusehen. Eine dauerhafte Wartung für das Gesamtsystem ist ebenfalls erforderlich. Die Lösung soll mandantenfähig sein und sowohl für die Stadtverwaltung als auch für Eigenbetriebe mit eigenständigen Personalprozessen einsetzbar sein. Ein neues Bewerber*innenmanagementsystem soll nicht nur die bestehenden funktionalen Lücken schließen, sondern auch eine nachhaltige, flexible und an gesetzliche Vorgaben anpassbare Lösung bieten. Die Einführung eines neuen Bewerber*innenmanagementsystems zielt darauf ab, den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess effizienter, transparenter und benutzerfreundlicher zu gestalten. Durch die Automatisierung administrativer Aufgaben und die Optimierung der Kommunikation mit Bewerber*innen sollen die internen Abläufe verbessert und potenzielle Talente besser angesprochen werden.
