Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung einer SOAR Plattform. Aufgrund der für die Umgebung der Auftraggeberin erforderlichen Orchestrierungsmöglichkeit der Installationen und Umfang der Systeme hinsichtlich Ausführungen von Automatisierungen werden Lizenzen benötigt. Der Auftragsmenge liegt eine modulare und flexibel skalierbare Infrastruktur zu Grunde, die mit den Erfordernissen der Auftraggeberin wachsen kann. Es wird von folgenden Mengen pro Vertragsjahr ausgegangen: bei Lizenzierung über Ausführungen: 100.000 Ausführungen pro Monat bei Lizenzierung über Playbooks: 100 Playbooks bei Lizenzierung über Seats/Nutzer: 5 Nutzer oder eine pauschale Lizenzierung ohne Sonderkategorie. Ausführungen sind definiert als das produktive Durchlaufen eines Playbooks mit reellen Daten. Tests und Simulationen zählen nicht zum lizenzierten Nutzen. Playbooks können beliebig viele Aktionen/Komponenten beinhalten. Die Vertragslaufzeit beginnt mit Zuschlagserteilung und beträgt, sofern vorher keine Kündigung erfolgt, zunächst zwei Jahre (Mindestvertragslaufzeit).
