Description

Ziel des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Beauftragung eines leistungsfähigen Managed Service Providers (MSP), der die vollständige Planung, Steuerung, Umsetzung und betriebliche Überführung der Brownfield-Transformation der bestehenden SAP-ECC-Systemlandschaft auf SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition, im Rahmen von „RISE with SAP“ übernimmt. Gegenstand der Beauftragung ist eine ganzheitliche Transformations- und Betriebsleistung. Diese umfasst insbesondere die technische und fachliche Analyse der bestehenden Systemlandschaft, die SAP-S/4HANA-Conversion, die Überführung in die Private-Cloud-Umgebung, Testmigrationen und Datenkonvertierung, die Anpassung von Eigenentwicklungen, Add-ons und Schnittstellen sowie die Umsetzung und Optimierung der relevanten kaufmännischen Prozesse. Darüber hinaus sind SAP Fiori, Reporting und Embedded Analytics sowie die erforderlichen Integrationsleistungen, insbesondere unter Nutzung der SAP Business Technology Platform und der SAP Integration Suite, zu berücksichtigen. Der Auftragnehmer begleitet die Transformation einschließlich Tests, Cutover, Go-live, Hypercare, Schulungen und Übergabe in einen geregelten Betrieb und übernimmt anschließend die vereinbarten Managed Services sowie Betriebs-, Support- und Weiterentwicklungsleistungen. Dabei sind insbesondere der Clean-Core-Ansatz, die Aufrechterhaltung des laufenden Klinikbetriebs, die bestehenden Abhängigkeiten zu SAP IS-H, i.s.h.med, SAP HCM und weiteren Umsystemen sowie Anforderungen an Datenschutz, Informationssicherheit, Compliance, Verfügbarkeit, Skalierbarkeit und ein geordnetes Exit-Szenario zu berücksichtigen. Als vertragliche Grundlage ist der Abschluss eines EVB-IT Cloudvertrags vorgesehen, der sowohl die Transformations- und Einführungsleistungen bis zur Abnahme als auch die anschließend zu erbringenden Managed Services, Betriebs-, Support- und Weiterentwicklungsleistungen abbildet.
