EU-weite Transformation auf SAP S/4HANA im Greenfield-Ansatz - Go-Live zum 01.01.2027 geplant Im Rahmen einer umfassenden digitalen Neuausrichtung plant die Stuttgarter Straßenbahnen AG die Transformation von SAP ECC 6.0 EHP 7 auf SAP S/4HANA im Greenfield-Ansatz. Der Projektstart erfolgt unmittelbar nach Zuschlagserteilung, der produktive Betrieb ist zum 01.01.2027 vorgesehen. Die Stuttgarter Straßenbahnen AG beabsichtigt die Transformation vom aktuell eingesetzten SAP ECC 6.0 zum Nachfolgeprodukt SAP S/4HANA im Greenfield-Ansatz. Ziel ist es, bestehende Prozesse zu standardisieren, zu optimieren und zukunftssicher aufzustellen. Die Transformation umfasst sämtliche relevanten Geschäftsbereiche und soll eine moderne, skalierbare und cloudfähige Systemarchitektur schaffen. Der Projektstart ist unmittelbar nach Zuschlagserteilung vorgesehen. Die Umsetzung soll in Zusammenarbeit mit einem erfahrenen Implementierungspartner erfolgen. Der Go-Live des neuen Systems ist für den 01.01.2027 geplant. Die Ausschreibung richtete sich an qualifizierte Bieter mit nachweislicher Expertise in der Greenfield-Implementierung von SAP S/4HANA in komplexen Organisationen. Erwartet wird ein ganzheitlicher Projektansatz inklusive Prozessberatung, Systemdesign, Implementierung und Datenmigration.
