Description

Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Komplementierung des bereits im Aufbau befindlichen Basissystems eines Reallabors im Straßenverkehrsraum in Hoyerswerda im Rahmen des Projekts "Smart Mobility Lab (SML)". Ergänzend zum Basissystem sollen mit dieser Ausschreibung einige Komplementierungen entwickelt und ebenfalls bis Ende 2029 betrieben werden. Diese umfassen eine Aufstockung der Anzahl der stationären und permanent erfassenden Kamerasysteme "OTCamera" und Software für Analysen von Konflikten bzw. Beinaheunfällen. Die Entwicklung der Komplementierungen erfolgt in Teilen parallel zur Entwicklung des Basissystems, in Teilen basiert sie auf den bis dahin geleisteten Vorarbeiten. Die Bereitschaft des Bieters für intensive Abstimmung und Koordinierung mit dem Entwickler der ersten Ausbaustufe wird vorausgesetzt.
