Description

Der Magistrat der Stadt Bensheim beabsichtigt die in Beschaffung von 370 Satz Schutzkleidung (Schutzjacke und Schutzhose) für die Feuerwehren der Stadt Bensheim. Gesucht wird eine Multifunktions- Einsatzbekleidung, die speziell für die kombinierte Verwendung bei der Technischen Hilfeleistung (THL), der Vegetations- und Waldbrandbekämpfung sowie der leichten Brandbekämpfung geeignet ist. Schutzjacke und Schutzhose müssen in Kombination für den Einsatzdienst für die genannte Verwendung zugelassen und von einem Hersteller sein. Zur Bemusterung und zur Durchführung eines Trageversuches sind der Feuerwehr Stadt Bensheim mit Angebotseinreichung je ein Satz Schutzkleidung (Schutzjacke und Schutzhose) kostenfrei in den Größen M, L und XL für 14 Tage ab Submissionstermin (03.11.2026, 10:00 Uhr) zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die bereitgestellten Mustersätze müssen in Ausführung, Qualität und Ausstattung vollständig den im Leistungsverzeichnis geforderten Leistungsmerkmalen und dem angebotenen Produkt 1:1 entsprechen. Die Einreichung der Angebote erfolgt zwingend digital über das Vergabeportal Subreport. Zur Lieferung der dazugehörigen Schutzanzüge, welche ebenfalls bis zum Submissionstermin (03.11.2026, 10:00 Uhr) eingereicht werden müssen, ist der Adressaufkleber (Dokument ist den Ausschreibungsunterlagen beigefügt) zu nutzen. Das Nichtliefern der Muster führt zum zwingenden Ausschluss des Angebots gem. § 57 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 VgV. Lieferadresse der Mustersätze ist die Stadtverwaltung Bensheim, Kirchbergstraße 18, Zimmer 412, 64625 Bensheim. Die Kosten für den Versand und den Rückversand trägt der Bieter. Ein vorfrankierter Paketschein für die Rücksendung ist dem Paket beizulegen. Bei der Gesamtanschaffungsmenge von 370 Satz Schutzkleidung (Schutzjacke und Schutzhose) befinden sich voraussichtlich zwei Drittel im Größenbereich S-XL und das weitere Drittel voraussichtlich im Größenbereich XS; 2XL; 3XL, 4XL und 5XL. Die tatsächlichen Größenmengen können erst nach Anprobe und finaler Vermessung durch die Firma bestellt werden. Die Vermessung findet nach erfolgter Zuschlagserteilung voraussichtlich am 27., 28. und 29.11.2026 (á 6 Stunden) am Standort der Feuerwehr Bensheim-Mitte, Robert-Bosch-Straße 7-9 in 64625 Bensheim, statt. Zur Beurteilung der Leistungskriterien sind dem Angebot die nötigen Produktdatenblätter sowie Größentabellen beizufügen. Bei Zuschlag erfolgt die Lieferung der beauftragten Schutzkleidung an die Feuerwehr Bensheim-Mitte, Robert-Bosch-Straße 7-9 in 64625 Bensheim frei Bordsteinkante. Lieferdatum ist so bald als möglich, jedoch spätestens 02.05.2027. Den Zuschlag erhält das wirtschaftlich günstigste Angebot in Bezug auf die Zuschlagskriterien Preis und Tragekomfort.
