Description

Lieferung von Brandschutzbekleidungen, entsprechend der Norm EN 469:2020 - Klasse 2, sowie Lieferung von Einsatzbekleidungen leicht, entsprechend der Norm EN 11612:2015, für die Freiwillige Feuerwehr der Stadt Zug. Die Lieferleistung wird in Losen ausgeschrieben, die vollständigen, losweise zu erfüllenden Spezifikationen und Anforderungen sind den detaillierten Leistungsverzeichnissen im Anhang der vollständigen Ausschreibungsunterlagen zu entnehmen. Die ausgeschriebene Rahmenverträge berechtigen, aber verpflichten die Beschaffungsstelle nicht, die ausgeschriebenen Mengengerüste an Brandschutz- und / oder Einsatzbekleidungen leicht über die vereinbarte Vertragsdauer (5 Jahre) abzunehmen. Bei beiden Losen gilt ein gestaffelter Bezug bzw. eine gestaffelte Lieferung der effektiv bestellten Liefermenge über den Zeitraum der Vertragsdauer. Die Auftraggeberin behält sich vor, die vergaberechtlichen Möglichkeiten für allfällige Folgebeschaffungen gemäss Art. 21 Abs. 2 lit. e IVöB im Einzelfall zu prüfen. Ein Anspruch des Anbieters auf freihändige Folgeaufträge besteht nicht.
