Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt für die Dauer von einem Jahr die Leerung der verbandseigenen Kläranlagen vom Nassschlamm sowie den darauffolgenden Transport des Schlammes zu den Kläranlagen in Gera oder Ronneburg. Es besteht die Option zur jährlichen Vertragsverlängerung um jeweils ein Jahr, maximal jedoch bis zu vier Jahre.Die Leistung umfasst die Abfuhr von Nassschlamm aus insgesamt 31 Kläranlagen und den Transport zu den Einleitstellen des Klärwerks Gera, nämlich zu den Faulschlammvorlagebehältern mit einem Gesamtvolumen von rund 6.022 m³ sowie zur Fäkalannahmestation mit einem Volumen von etwa 2.390 m³. Zusätzlich erfolgt die Anlieferung zur Einleitstelle Nassschlammannahme der Kläranlage in Ronneburg mit einem Volumen von rund 3.668 m³. Es handelt sich um Schlämme aus der Behandlung von kommunalem Abwasser (Abfallschlüsselnummer: 190805). Die Dichte des Nassschlammes wird mit 1 Liter ≙ 1 Kilo festgelegt. Da der Nassschlamm zu unregelmäßigen Zeiten anfällt und dieser abhängig von Wetterereignissen (Niederschlag und erhöhten Temperaturen) sowie der Entwicklung im Verbandsgebiet ist, stellen die angegebenen Mengen nur eine ungefähre Größe dar. Mehr- oder Mindermengen sind daher in die Einheitspreise einzukalkulieren und führen nicht zu Preisänderungen. Die Rahmenvereinbarung endet automatisch, sobald der Höchstwert von 710.000 € netto erreicht ist, unabhängig von der Vertragslaufzeit.
