Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Samtgemeinde Zeven intends to transfer for recovery the annual quantity of sewage sludge produced during wastewater treatment at its municipal treatment plant, approximately 4,000 tonnes of original substance. The tender is split into two lots: Lot 1, material recovery of 2,650 tonnes, and Lot 2, thermal recovery of 1,350 tonnes. The sludge is digested and dewatered, preferably with a screw press or chamber filter press, using polymers and possibly iron-III chloride for conditioning. Dry matter content is about 21 to 27 percent. Dewatered sludge is stored in a covered hall, with roughly 75 tonnes per week offered for collection, ideally on a regular basis. Each contract runs 12 calendar months from 01.01.2027, or from completion of notification in the case of cross-border shipment.

Description

Expected award price

likely award for this notice, from its published estimate of €571,200
€428,400 to €599,760

Comparable awards in this country and sector came in at a median of 96% of their published estimate, half of them between 75% and 105%, based on 193 awards of the last 3 years.

Each award is compared with the estimate of the same lots, framework agreements excluded. A published estimate may include options and renewals, so an award under it is not always a discount.
