Description

Das 1977 fertiggestellte, architektonisch herausragende und unter Denkmalschutz stehende Rathaus mit Kulturzentrum ist in die Jahre gekommen und muss dringend saniert werden. Das Gebäude entspricht nicht mehr den Anforderungen an ein modernes Rathaus. Sanitärtechnische Anlagen und Gasinstallation Errichtung der sanitärtechnischen Anlagen für ein Verwaltungsgebäude sowie ein Theater mit Technik- und Nebenräumen. Im Verwaltungsbereich 3 Damen- und 3 Herren-WC-Bereiche (Mitarbeiter) sowie ein großer öffentlicher WC-Bereich mit Herren-, Damen- und Behinderten-WCs. Weitere kleine WC--Anlagen. Dachentwässerung über Flachdachabläufe im Freispiegelsystem, Notentwässerung des Theaters über Speier. Wasseraufbereitungsanlage für die technischen Anlagen, Nachspeiseeinrichtungen für Feuerlöschtechnik, Anschluss an Hydrantentrennstation. Fettabwassersystem und Fettabscheider für den Küchenbereich. 1 Regenwasser-Hebeanlage, 1 Fäkalienhebeanlage, 10 Schmutzwasserhebeanlagen. Druckerhöhungsanlage. Gasleitung für 2 Brennwertkessel (je 575 kW).
