Das 1977 fertiggestellte, architektonisch herausragende und unter Denkmalschutz stehende Rathaus mit Kulturzentrum ist in die Jahre gekommen und muss dringend saniert werden. Das Gebäude entspricht nicht mehr den Anforderungen an ein modernes Rathaus.
Der Leistungsbereich beinhaltet alle Maßnahmen der Putzarbeiten im Rahmen der Sanierung des Rathauses Bocholt. Hauptmengen - Kalkzementputz Decken ca. 230 m2 - Kalkzementputz Wände ca. 4100 m2 - Ausbesserungsarbeiten Bestands-Innenputz Wände ca. 260 m2
