Description

SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- Am Standort Denksteinweg 17 ist ein Neubau von Klassen, Mensa und Sporthalle in 2-geschossiger Bauweise vorgesehen. Das Gebäude wird als Massivbau mit Stahlbeton- bzw. Trapezblechdach (Halle) und Verblendmauerwerksfassade ausgeführt. Das Hauptdach wird als Warmdach (EPS Dämmung mit 2 lagig Bitumenbahn) mit Gefälle ausgeführt und mit einem Gründach mit PV-Moduln belegt. Das Technikdach und die Dachterrasse sind ebenfalls mit einem Warmdach hier mit einer Gefälldämmung ausgeführt. --------------- Hier: Sanitär --------------- KG 411 Schmutzwasserleitungen KG 412 Trinkwasserleitungen KG 412 Wärmedämmung KG 412 Sanitärobjekte KG 419 Sonstiges
