Description

Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die konzeptionelle, redaktionelle und technische Umsetzung des BGW-Podcasts „Herzschlag - Für ein gesundes Berufsleben“. Mit dem Podcast verfolgt die BGW das Ziel, Themen rund um sicheres und gesundes Arbeiten zielgruppengerecht, verständlich und Erstellung eines Podcasts zu Themen der Sicherheit und Gesundheit bei der Arbeit auditiv ansprechend aufzubereiten. Der Podcast soll zur Steigerung des Bekanntheitsgrades der BGW beitragen und ihre Relevanz für Berufsalltag der Versicherten und weiterer Interessierter verdeutlichen. Im Mittelpunkt stehen Fragestellungen wie: Wie bleibt man bei der Arbeit fit, gesund und motiviert? Diese werden im Dialog- oder auch in Live-Formaten durch eine Moderatorin oder einen Moderator gemeinsam mit BGW-Expertinnen und -Experten, externen Fachleuten, Beschäftigten und verantwortlichen Personen aus der Branchen-Praxis behandelt. Inhaltliche Schwerpunkte bilden insbesondere die Branchen Pflege, Krankenhaus/Klinik, Behindertenhilfe und pädagogische Arbeit; darüber hinaus werden weitere bei der BGW versicherte Branchen einbezogen.
