Description

Im Gründungsjahr des MHG, 1909, hat das Museum das Interieur zweier Räume des im selben Jahr abgerissenen Landhauses Villa Rücker übernommen. Die Platzierung der Dekorationselemente der zwei Räume dieser Villa war ursprünglich im zweiten Obergeschoss des neu zu bauenden - und im Jahr 1922 eröffneten - Museums vorgesehen. Raumgestalt und Fensterfront des Landhauses wurden deshalb bereits im Museumsgebäude nachgebildet. Aus finanziellen und organisatorischen Gründen fand dieser Einbau allerdings nie statt und die Wandpaneele, Stuckelemente und Tapeten blieben bis zum Jahr 2009 deponiert, als sie in einer ersten Phase gesichtet, untersucht und sichernden Maßnahmen unterzogen worden sind. Nun sollen sie ihren endgültigen Platz am ursprünglich vorgesehenen Ort finden. Dazu sind komplexe konservatorische und restauratorische Maßnahmen notwendig. Inhalt der hier ausgeschriebenen Leistungen sind die Konservierung, Restaurierung, die Rekonstruktion und der Einbau der Holzbauteile von Gartensaal und Musikzimmer (Wandverkleidung, Spiegelrahmen und Türen) sowie die Organisation von Herstellung und Lieferung der Fensterscheiben, Spiegel und Beschläge und deren Montage. Der Gartensaal hat eine Grundfläche von ca. 68 qm. Das Musikzimmer hat eine Grundfläche von ca. 31 qm. Die hölzerne Wandausstattung des Musikzimmers ist weniger umfangreich als die hölzerne Ausstattung des Gartensaals, da die Wände im Musikzimmer mit einer Tapete verkleidet sind.
