Die Nationalen NILE Basis Systeme (NNBS) werden als Test- und Entwicklungssysteme zur Evaluierung der in multinationaler Realisierungsverantwortung befindlichen Link 22 Produkte sowie zur Untersuchung von Aspekten der Systemintegration von Link 22 Funktionsketten in Plattformen der Bundeswehr genutzt. Weiterhin werden die NNBS für Interoperabilitätsuntersuchungen mit den NILE Nationen eingesetzt. Es müssen zahlreiche Hard- und Softwarekomponenten regeneriert und implementiert werden. Die NNBS müssen als verlegefähige Systeme realisiert werden. Die Nationalen NILE Basis Systeme (NNBS) werden als Test- und Entwicklungssysteme zur Evaluierung der in multinationaler Realisierungsverantwortung befindlichen Link 22 Produkte sowie zur Untersuchung von Aspekten der Systemintegration von Link 22 Funktionsketten in Plattformen der Bundeswehr genutzt. Weiterhin werden die NNBS für Interoperabilitätsuntersuchungen mit den NILE Nationen eingesetzt. Beschaffung von drei (3) verlegefähigen NNBS. Jedes NNBS muss für den Transport durch maximal vier Personen und ohne zusätzliche Hilfsmittel in einen handelsüblichen Transporter verladbar sein. Die NNBS müssen aus marktverfügbaren Einzelkomponenten (z.B. verlegefähige Betriebs-, Transport - und Lagerbehälter (BTulB), Antenne, APC, Zeitgeber ..) sowie vom öAG beigestellten Hard- und Softwarekomponenten (z.B. Link 22-Software, Link 22-Schlüsselgerät, Link 22-Modem, HF/UHF-Funkgerät ..) zu einem akkreditierbaren Gesamtsystem integriert werden.
