Auf dem Messegelände der Stadt Dortmund entsteht zwischen der Strobelallee im Süden und dem Rheinlanddamm im Norden ein Neubau mit zwei Messehallen und einem Konferenzzentrum, die als Eingangsbauwerk-Süd und Verbindungsbau der Bestandshallen 4, 7 und 8 dienen sollen. Gegenstand des zu vergebenden Auftrags ist die Vergabeeinheit (VE) 06 Rohbau. Der zu vergebende Auftrag "Rohbau" betrifft den Neubau von zwei Messehallen und einem Konferenzzentrum mit mehr als 50.000m² BGF und umfasst folgende Leistungen: Spezialtiefbau (Bohrpfähle, Brunnengründung), Betonarbeiten, Maurerarbeiten, Dämm- und Abdichtungsarbeiten, Stahlbauarbeiten, vorgezogerner Ausbau Technikzentralen. Die Leistungen sind ab voraussichtlich Ende Oktober 2026 innerhalb eines Zeitraums von 596 Werktagen auszuführen.
