Description

Auf dem Messegelände der Stadt Dortmund entsteht zwischen der Strobelallee im Süden und dem Rheinlanddamm im Norden ein Neubau mit zwei Messehallen und einem Konferenzzentrum, die als Eingangsbauwerk-Süd und Verbindungsbau der Bestandshallen 4, 7 und 8 dienen sollen. Gegenstand des zu vergebenden Auftrags ist die Vergabeeinheit (VE) 01 Baufeldfreimachung/Erdarbeiten. Der zu vergebende Auftrag umfasst auf einem Grundstück von ca. 31.000 m² folgende Leistungen: - Rückbau von Bodenplatten (StB.), Asphaltdeckschichten, Betonpflaster, Regengullys, Schachtabdeckungen und Zaunanlagen einschließlich Roden der Geländeoberfläche und Entsorgung aller anfallenden Stoffe; - Erdaushub bis -1,50m ab GOK und Rückbau aller Bestandsmedien im Erdreich, einschließlich deren Entsorgung; - Sicherung der Baugrubensohle durch eine "offene Wasserhaltung". Die Leistungen sind ab Anfang Januar 2026 innerhalb von 94 Werktagen auszuführen.
