Description

Auf den Grundstücken an der Ismaninger Straße 6 + 8 in 85609 Aschheim, amtliche Flurnummer 110 der Gemarkung Aschheim, wird ein neues Rathaus errichtet.Das Rathaus setzt sich aus zwei Flügeln und einer verbindenden Fuge zusammen. Der nördliche Flügel setzt die giebelständige Bebauung der Ismaninger Straße fort. Der südliche Flügel springt zurück und spannt so den Rathausplatz auf, der zusammen mit dem Marktplatz die Ortsmitte markiert.Die Glasfuge verbindet die Flügel und Geschosse über einer eleganten Treppe, ist das Foyer für alle Nutzungen, beherbergt die freundliche Information und bildet ablesbar und selbstverständlich Adresse und Eingang aus.Das Gebäude wird unterkellert.Die Dachkonstruktion aller drei Gebäudeteile ist als Satteldach in Holzbauweise vorgesehen. Im Bereich des Bürgermeisterbüros im Nordgebäude sowie im Bereich des Gemeinderatssaals im Südgebäude wird die Holzkonstruktion als Dreigelenkrahmen ausgeführt. Alle weiteren Bauteile wie Decken, Wände, Stützen und Unterzüge werden in Stahlbetonbauweise errichtet.Die Gründung erfolgt über eine elastisch gebettete Bodenplatte.Gegenstand dieser Leistungsbeschreibung sind sämtliche Arbeiten zum Errichten des Tragwerks des Gebäudes, mit Ausnahme der Zimmermannsarbeiten. Nachstehend sind die Hauptleistungen des LVs aufgeführt:Restaushub + Entsorgung, ca. 1400 m³Hinterfüllung der Arbeitsräume, ca. 770 m³Aufbau unter der Bodenplatte, ca. 2200 m²Abdichtung der erdberührten Außenwände, ca. 240 m²Bodenplatte, ca. 640 m²Bodenplatte aus WU-Beton, im Gefälle, ca. 1680 m²Stahlbetondecken, ca. 3530 m²Stahlbetondecken im Gefälle, ca. 1100 m²Außenwände aus Stahlbeton, ca. 800 m²Außenwände aus Stahlbeton, WU, ca. 680 m²Innenwände aus Stahlbeton, ca. 1530 m²Stahlbetonstützen, ca. 222 lfmFertigteiltreppen, zweiläufig, dreigeschossig, 2 St.Wendeltreppe aus Ortbeton
