Die Gemeinde Aschheim betreibt in ihrem Gemeindegebiet in Erfüllung ihrer gesetzlichen Entsorgungsaufgaben einen Wertstoffhof und beabsichtigt, die erforderlichen Leistungen zur Übernahme, zum Transport und zur Übergabe der am Wertstoffhof bzw. am Bauhof der Gemeinde Aschheim übernommenen Abfallfraktionen an die jeweiligen Verwertungseinrichtungen ab dem 01.07.2027 auf dem Wege einer EU-weiten öffentlichen Ausschreibung für zunächst drei (3) Jahre bis zum 30.06.2030 neu zu vergeben.Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind somit folgende Leistungen:• Gestellung der Sammelbehälter am Wertstoffhof der Gemeinde AschheimPrognose:- 8 m³ Abrollcontainer, offen 3 Stück- 20 m³ Abrollcontainer, mit Deckel 1 Stück- 30 m³ Abrollcontainer, offen 4 Stück• Gestellung der Sammelbehälter am Bauhof der Gemeinde AschheimPrognose:- 3 m³ Absetzcontainer, mit Deckel 1 Stück- 10 m³ Abrollcontainer, mit Deckel 1 Stück• Übernahme der am Wertstoffhof bzw. am Bauhof der Gemeinde Aschheim anfallenden AbfallfraktionenPrognose:- Altholz A I bis A III 85 Abholungen/a- Altmetall 100 Abholungen/a- Bauschutt (inert) 25 Abholungen/a- Fensterrahmen mit Glas 2 Abholungen/a- Hartkunststoffe 35 Abholungen/a- Kupfer 1 Abholungen/a- Restabfall 35 Abholungen/a- Sperrmüll 110 Abholungen/a• Transport und Übergabe am Wertstoffhof bzw. am Bauhof der Gemeinde Asch-heim anfallenden Abfallfraktionen an den jeweils dafür vorgesehenen Verwertungseinrichtungen• Vorhalten eines Betriebshofs innerhalb der Gemeindegrenzen bzw. in einer maximalen Entfernung von 60 km (Luftlinie) vom Wertstoffhof der Gemeinde Aschheim (Kopernikusstraße 10, 85609 Aschheim)Die angegebenen Mengen können sich in den Folgejahren ändern. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass die angegebenen Mengen unverbindlich sind, hieraus keine Umsatzgarantie abgeleitet werden kann und Änderungen in den Mengen zu keinen Veränderungen der Angebotspreise führen. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt gemäß den Bestimmungen der Vergabeverordnung (VgV) und des Gesetzes gegen Wettbewerbsbeschränkungen (GWB).
