Description

Durchführung der Rohbauarbeiten für den Neubau eines Bürogebäudes Neidhartstraße 32, 86159 Augsburg. Die IHK Schwaben ist Eigentümer des Grundstücks Neidhartstraße 32 auf dem ein dreigeschossigen Mehrfamilienhaus aus dem Jahr 1952 stand. Das Grundstück liegt südlich angrenzend zur Hauptgeschäftsstelle der IHK. Das bestehende Mietshaus wurde bereits vollständig zurück gebaut. An dieser Stelle entsteht mit dem Haus 4 ein zeitgemäßes Bürogebäude, das den aktuellen Anforderungen an Funktionalität und Energieeffizienz entspricht. Der Neubau wird über ein eingeschossiges Verbindungsgebäude direkt an die Bestandsbauten der IHK angebunden. Die Errichtung des kompakten, viergeschossigen Neubau erfolgt in Stahlbetonskelettbauweise. Die im Bestand vorhandene Tiefgarage wird erweitert, so dass keine neue Zufahrt geschaffen werden muss. Im Rahmend der Maßnahmen kommen voraussichtlich folgenden Massenansätze zur Ausführung: Grobmengen: Ortbeton: ca. 3.300 m3 Schalung: ca. 6.500 m2, davon 3.650 m2 Sichtbeton Bewehrung: 500 t Erdarbeiten: ca. 650 m3 Hinterfüllungen: ca. 1.400 m3 Erdberührte Dämmung: ca. 1000 m2 Tiefgaragendämmung: ca. 900 m2
