Durchführung der Erdbau und- Verbauarbeiten für den Neubau eines Bürogebäudes Neidhartstraße 32, 86159 Augsburg. Die IHK Schwaben ist Eigentümer des Grundstücks Neidhartstraße 32 auf dem ein dreigeschossigen Mehrfamilienhaus aus dem Jahr 1952 stand. Das Grundstück liegt südlich angrenzend zur Hauptgeschäftsstelle der IHK. Das bestehende Mietshaus wurde bereits vollständig zurück gebaut. An dieser Stelle entsteht mit dem Haus 4 ein zeitgemäßes Bürogebäude, das den aktuellen Anforderungen an Funktionalität und Energieeffizienz entspricht. Durchführung von Erdarbeiten für den Neubau des Bürogebäudes. Auszüge aus den Leistungen: ca. 10.000 m³ Oberboden / Baugrube, lösen, laden, lagern oder entsorgen ca. 150 m² Berliner Verbau
