Description

Auf dem bestehenden oberen Schulhof des Schulstandortes entsteht ein 2-geschossiger Neubau ohne Unterkellerung für die Räume der FGTS. Neubau und Altbau sind baulich nicht miteinander verbunden. Der Neubau bildet einen autarken eigenen Baukörper auf dem ehemaligen Schulhof. Das Gebäude erhält eine Aufzugsanlage zur barrierefreien Erschließung Das Gebäude ist konzipiert für 8 Betreuungsgruppen, die im 1. Obergeschoss untergebracht sind. Das Erdgeschoss nimmt die Sonderfunktionen auf. Zum Schulhof hin orientieren sich Speisesaal mit 100 Sitzplätzen, Ausgabeküche sowie Foyer inkl. Garderoben. Der Personalbereich ist im abgewinkelten Bereich des Gebäudes vorgesehen. Das Baugrundstück kann über eine neu anzulegende Feuerwehrzufahrt angefahren werden. Die Feuerwehrzufahrt zweigt vor dem Schulgebäude aus der Straße "Im Pulath" auf das Schulgrundstück ab. Die Baumaßnahme wird im laufenden Schulbetrieb durchgeführt. - Bodenaushub ca. 1.900,00m³ - Asphaltabbruch ca. 1.400 m2 - Stahlbeton-Bodenplatte ca. 690,00m² - Stahlbeton-Decken als Ortbetondecke ca. 1.070,00m² - Stahlbetonwände, Ortbeton ca. 80,00 m² - Stahlbeton Stützen ca. 12 m3 - Mauerwerkswände 20/ 24 cm ca. 1.350,00m² - Mauerwerkswände 11,5 cm ca. 370,00m² - Betonstützwand- Winkel; ca. 100 lfdm
