Description

Im Anschluss an das bestehende 3-geschossige Schulgebäude entsteht ein 3-geschossiger Neubau mit Teilunterkellerung für die Räume der FGTS. Neubau und Altbau werden über alle Geschosse miteinander verbunden. Durch den Einbau eines Übereck- Aufzugs im Neubau können die anschließenden Bereiche des Altbaus und der Neubau barrierefrei erschlossen werden. Das Gebäude ist konzipiert für 13 Betreuungsgruppen, die im 1. und 2. Obergeschoss untergebracht sind. Das Erdgeschoss nimmt die Sonderfunktionen auf. Zum Schulhof hin orientieren sich Speisesaal mit 120 Sitzplätzen, Ausgabeküche sowie Foyer inkl. Garderoben. Der Personalbereich ist im straßenseitigen Bereich des Gebäudes vorgesehen. Im teilunterkellerten Untergeschoß befindet sich die Technik, ein Hausmeisterraum sowie Toilettenanlagen für Jungen und Mädchen. Teile der Technik (Lüftungsanlage für 1. u. 2. OG) werden auf dem Flachdach installiert; die Wärmepumpe wird in der Außenanlage installiert. Das Baugrundstück kann über die Waldstraße angefahren werden. Die Baumaßnahme wird im laufenden Schulbetrieb durchgeführt. Hauptpositionen: - Bodenaushub ca. 2.700,00m³ - Stahlbeton-Bodenplatte ca. 650,00m² - Stahlbeton-Decken als Halbfertigteil ca. 500,00m² - Stahlbeton-Decken als Ortbetondecke ca. 1.650,00m² - Stahlbetonwände, Halbfertigteile ca. 1.200,00m² - Stahlbetonwände, Ortbeton ca. 65,00 m² - Mauerwerkswände 20/ 24 cm ca. 1.000,00m² - Mauerwerkswände 11,5 cm ca. 400,00m²
