26E0164 (LBB NL Mainz) Gästehaus der Landesregierung, Bastei Renovierung Modernisierung Optimierung / Maurer,- Beton- und Stahlarbeiten Umbauarbeiten und Tragwerksertüchtigung in vielen unterschiedlichen Einzelmaßnahmen, für die es auch statische Vorgaben zur Reihenfolge der Eingriffe in das Gebäude gibt, teilweise bedingt sich die Reihenfolge durch Wechselwirkungen zu anderen Gewerken. Ca. 50 m Grundleitungen unter der Bodenplatte verlegen einschl, Aufbruch, Kanalgraben und Wiederverschließen der Bodenplatte, ca. 45 m² nichttragende Mauerwerkswände im KG neu errichtet und fundamentiert, ca. 225 m² bestehendes Ziegelmauerwerk im KG wird neu verfugt. Im EG bis DG wird eine aussteifende Wandscheibe rückgebaut und neu errichtet, ca. 55 m² Mauerwerk mit Stahlbetonteilen (Stützen, Stürze, Ringbalken). Ein Aufzugsschacht ist zwischen EG und KG einzubauen. Im Bestandsgebäude sind zahlreiche Reparaturen im Mauerwerk mit Ziegel-Vollsteinen auszuführen, Teilaufmauerungen, schließen von Öffnungen und Austausch von beschädigten Mauerteilen. Diese Reperaturarbeiten erfolgen als kleinteilige Einzelmaßnahmen mit Abstützungen im Bauzustand. Der Umfang ist erheblich. Ertüchtigungsarbeiten an den Balkonen, Betonarbeiten und Teilrückbau und Neuaufbau Balkon Ost. Zeitlich getrennt erfolgen Ertüchtigungsarbeiten an der Garage: Abbruch der Betondecke: ca. 98 m², neuer Ringanker, ca. 45 lfm.
